Enrollment in Directing Mastery Academy's courses is subject to availability and acceptance by the Academy. Payment for courses must be made in full at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise agreed upon. The academy accepts payments through all major credit cards and payment gateways. All payments are secured by SSL encryption to ensure user safety and privacy.
Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific course or workshop. Please refer to the course description for specific details. Generally, a full refund is provided if cancellation is made 30 days prior to the course start date. Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days prior to the start date may be eligible for a partial refund (50% refund). No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the course start date.
Directing Mastery Academy will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Website or Services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Academy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
